Who We Are

Erin Rosas, NCIDQ and Jessica Pineda founded Jade Collective Interior Design with a shared commitment to creating interiors that feel refined, purposeful, and deeply considered. Together, their backgrounds span commercial, residential, hospitality, and renovation work, giving them a broad perspective across projects of different scales and complexities.

Their partnership brings together architectural discipline and design sensitivity, with a strong understanding of how a space should look, feel, and function. From early planning and documentation to furnishings and final layers, they approach each project with care, collaboration, and a well-edited point of view.

The result is work that feels cohesive, elevated, and quietly confident, shaped by experience and guided by intention.

Our Work

A portfolio built on quiet confidence

Our project work spans high-end residential, resort, and commercial interiors. Because much of it was completed through previous partnerships, we share it privately with prospective clients who are ready to begin a conversation. If you would like to see our work, we would love to show you.

Our Services

  • “After working with a few different designers, we contacted Jessica and Erin and they were able to come up with a few different designs and layouts that had never occurred to us. We’re so thankful for the way they’ve been able to help us transform our space into a more usable flow with an artistic eye.”

  • "Scheduling an appointment with Jade Collective was a breeze. Jessica came prepared and on time for our appointment and made me feel completely comfortable expressing my desires for my home space. Her vision completely exceeded my expectations! We needed fresh ideas with color on the walls that were uniquely individual as well as smoothly coordinating with one another. Jessica listened carefully, paying attention to our concerns about lighting, and left with a color pallet ready. Following her lead was the best decision we made! Each room is perfectly balanced with individual color. Beyond that, her design for our living and dining room fit our large family needs exactly. Working with Jade Collective was the best decision we made in our renovation, one we will utilize again in the future. "

  • "We have loved working with Erin as we plan our future home. She has been patient in listening to our wants and needs while helping us stay mindful of our budget, making changes as necessary. Erin is thinking beyond just how our home will look today. She’s helping create a home that will work for us through retirement and the years ahead. Her creativity and ability to listen have made this process much easier and more enjoyable. We’re grateful to have Erin helping us bring our future home to life!"
